Most Recent Survey Results

The results of ISMIE’s Claims Monitoring Surveys, which are used to track policyholder satisfaction throughout the claims process, effectively demonstrate the success of our Physician-First Service approach. Results from the most recent survey period tabulated are posted here on the ISMIE web site.

Based upon the most recent results of our ongoing claims monitoring surveys – provided to insureds three different times during the pendency of their claim – we're doing a pretty great job. Out of a possible high score of 10, ISMIE policyholders rated our overall claims services satisfaction at 9.3.

During the last survey period (July 2006 to June 2007), a total of 2,032 questionnaires were mailed and 1,119 were completed and returned – a 55% response rate.
