seminars they successfully completed in 2004 or 2005.

How will the discount be applied to my premium?
If you have an individual policy, the discount applies to your individual premium. If you have a group policy, the discount applies to the individual portion of your group premium.
How do I earn the discount?
You or eligible staff from your practice must attend the seminar in person and successfully complete a written post-test during calendar year 2006.
When will the discount be applied to my policy?
Beginning with July 1, 2007 policy renewals.
How long will the discount remain in effect?
One full policy year.
How do I earn AMA PRA Category 1 CME credit?
You must score 80% or higher on a post-test and complete a course evaluation.
How much does it cost to take a seminar?
The course is available free of charge to ISMIE Mutual policyholders.
How do I register?
Choose the seminar you or your staff want to attend and download the online registration form. Registration forms for seminars scheduled in your area also will be mailed to you several weeks beforehand. Mail or fax the completed form to:

Will you confirm my registration?
Yes. If you register no less than 10 business days before a scheduled seminar, we will send you a confirmation notice via letter, fax or e-mail.
