This spring ISMS will hit the road and bring practice managers a new educational series of seminars. This highly anticipated series premieres this Friday, April 4th in Chicago. Mark your calendars, the Practice Management Educational Series will be coming to a city near you:

Risk Rewards Seminars This Week-April 3

Two Risk Rewards seminars will take place in Springfield, this Thursday, April 3, 2008: Preventing Medical Misadventures and Clinician-Patient Communication to Enhance Health Outcomes. Physicians may attend either of these courses provided they have not completed the same seminar since January 1, 2004. Information on these seminars is as follows:

Each seminar successfully completed will earn you a 1% premium discount for one policy year along with AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Risk Rewards premium discounts earned in 2008 will be applied to your annual policy renewal on or after July 1, 2009. Discounts that exceed the 15% annual limit may not be carried over to calendar year 2009. The Physician Profile Deadline is TODAY, April 1, 2008

Have you completed your physician profile update with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)? If you have not completed your profile update, you MUST complete it TODAY, April 1, 2008. Failure to comply could jeopardize the renewal of your Illinois medical license.

Over the past weeks, ISMIE-news has outlined the four sections to be completed on the  IDFPR web site.  To review those ISMIE-news articles go to www.ismie.com and click on March 4 and March 11 in the Publications Section.
