Policyholders Very Satisfied with Claims Services |
At the core of any insurance program is the ability to ultimately provide courteous, effective and efficient claims servicing. At ISMIE, we pride ourselves on our quality claims services on behalf of our policyholders. Based upon the most recent results of our ongoing claims monitoring surveys – provided to insureds three different times during the pendency of their claim – we’re doing a pretty great job. Out of a possible high score of 10, ISMIE policyholders rated our claims services satisfaction at 9.22.
We appreciate your feedback, and promise to keep striving towards that "perfect" score.
During the last survey period (January 1999 to June 1999), a total of 1,094 questionnaires were mailed and 544 were completed and returned equaling a 50% response rate. These charts highlight our recent results.
