Highlights of 1999 ISMIE Risk Management Activities |
- 60 physician risk management seminars were conducted, with 1,815 participants.
- 17 seminars were conducted for office staff members, with 573 participants.
- The risk management department handled an average of 31 telephone risk management
consultations per month for an annual total of 397.
- 190 physicians completed our risk management self-study program.
- 1,170 request for videotapes, brochures and/or audio tapes were received in 1999.
