ISMIE Receives Endorsements |
Since its founding in 1976, ISMIE has had a close relationship with the Illinois State Medical Society and the Illinois county medical societies. These relationships have been, and continue to be, unique within the professional medical liability market, enabling us to maximize our respective advocacy efforts to the benefit of Illinois physicians and patients.
Now, our historical relationship is being strengthened even further. The Illinois State Medical Society, as well as the Adams, Champaign, Cook, DuPage, Effingham, Kane, Macon, McLean, Peoria, Rock Island, Tazewell and Will-Grundy county medical societies, have formally endorsed ISMIE as the medical professional liability insurance carrier of choice for their members. These endorsements were not undertaken lightly, and ISMIE is honored to be their recipient.
For 25 years, ISMIE has worked to provide Illinois physicians with the best possible coverage, risk management, service, advocacy and defense. We are mindful that the truly important endorsement comes from each of you - our policyholders - and your satisfaction with us. However, having the endorsement of these respected physician advocacy organizations certainly makes us feel pretty good about what we have been able to accomplish. We look forward to continuing to uphold that same high standard for the next 25 years and beyond.
