Renew Your License with ISMIE Mutual! |
Illinois medical licenses are set to expire on July 31, 2002. As IDPR begins mailing out license renewal materials in early April, ISMIE Mutual would like to tell you that we're going to make the process a little easier this year.
ISMIE Mutual staff will be traveling to different clinics, hospitals, and county medical societies around Illinois during the next several months, helping policyholders get their licenses renewed electronically, at no charge. All you will need is your license renewal form and a credit card (for the IDPR fee.)
ISMIE Mutual will also be assisting in the renewal of individual physician licenses for policyholders via a toll free phone number. Just call 1-800-782-4767, ext. 1400, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and we will be happy to assist you.
