ISMIE Works Toward a "Perfect 10"

Physician First Service is the primary goal of ISMIE Mutual Insurance Company. It means from the first sign of a potential claim, you can count on our expert team to recommend and guide you through an appropriate course of action.

One way we measure our success is by tracking policyholder satisfaction through claims monitoring surveys. We mail surveys to policyholders three times during the course of a claim. This chart from our last survey period tells the story: Policyholders report an overall satisfaction rate of 9.31, out of a possible 10 points.

ISMIE continues to work toward a "perfect 10," and will strive to offer policyholders the best possible service.

From January '02 - June '02, a total of 988 surveys were mailed. We received an impressive 510 responses (a 52 percent response rate).
