Liability Crisis Legislation

ISMIE Mutual and the Illinois State Medical Society (ISMS) announced their support for “The Medical Liability Crisis and Access to Care Law of 2004,” which demands increased accountability from plaintiffs’ attorneys, medical experts and state agencies.
