Our goal is to serve our policyholders for as long as they need us. To kick-start the
process for new policyholders, we offer a time-limited opportunity to earn a 5% Risk Rewards discount on ISMIE Mutual policy renewals beginning July 1, 2005. These Managing Risk activities will help reduce your practice risk while you save money. As a new ISMIE Mutual policyholder, you may complete one of the following orientation components during 2004 to earn the discount:

• Managing Your Risk in the Office/ at the Hospital – self-study course
• Loss Prevention Strategies for Physicians – seminar

A post-test is required, and both activities are approved for Category I CME credit.
After January 1, 2005, completion of these programs will result in the same discounts
as provided other policyholders (less than 5%). Don’t delay – check out upcoming
