Board of Directors Election to Take Place at Annual Meeting

The election of new members to the ISMIE Mutual Insurance Company Board of Directors will be held at the ISMIE Mutual Annual Meeting, Wednesday, April 13, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Springfield. This year’s election will fill seven three-year board positions and one two-year position (to fill a vacancy). Also on the agenda will be the election of independent auditors for ISMIE Mutual for the upcoming policy year.

All ISMIE Mutual policyholders are invited to participate in the election and attend the annual meeting. Proxy materials were mailed to policyholders last month. If you are not planning to attend the meeting, please return your proxy vote as soon as possible.
