Support for policyholders involved in medical liability lawsuits is available through ISMIE Mutual’s Litigation Support Network. The network is comprised of physicians who
have been through the litigation experience and who have volunteered to be available to physicians to:

• lend emotional support.
• share their advice on how they survived litigation.
• suggest additional resources for doctors currently involved in litigation.
