Physician Review and Evaluation Panel (PREP)

ISMIE Mutual offers its policyholders the unique benefit
of physician input in the underwriting process.

PREP consists of well-respected, actively practicing physicians throughout Illinois who
represent primary care, surgical and hospital-based specialties. The panel facilitates
the underwriting process, evaluates exposure to malpractice risk, and makes
recommendations to help physicians reduce risk exposure.
