New tool helps policyholders navigate a lawsuit

A new, educational DVD describes ISMIE’s claims process, prepares the policyholder defendant for deposition, presents a step-bystep trial scenario, and provides guidance on
how to favorably influence a jury’s decision.

This new resource to help policyholders actively participate in the defense of a claim
will be available in early 2007.
