Education for Physicians
More than 75 risk management seminars, webinars and online courses are available, including many that are specialty-specific. All activities are free of charge, and with successful completion policyholders may earn premium discounts and AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

Practice Assessment
ISMIE conducts free on-site risk assessments of physician policyholder practices, offering customized help and advice on how to shore up risk and improve patient safety and quality of care. Participating policyholders are eligible to earn a 5% premium discount for two policy years.

Education for Staff
Office staff may participate in free seminars to learn how to help manage the risks that exist in everyday practice. Topics covered include Medical Records FAQs, Overcoming Communication Barriers, Dealing with Difficult Patients, and Getting to the Root of the Problem.
