All Illinois licensed physicians are now required by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) to review and verify their online profiles and to provide additional required information. No paper submissions are allowed. Profiles must be completed online by April 1, 2008. This web page provides links and resources to help ISMIE policyholders with the process.
