ISMIE Makes It Easy to Obtain Credentialing Information Online
If you need a loss history report or certificate of insurance from us for credentialing, ISMIE provides easy access.
You can access this information by signing into your secure account at www.ismie.com. After logging in, click “my policy” to get to your dashboard and then select “loss history or COI request” from the links menu on the left side of the screen. You can also access via the Claims tab at the top of the ISMIE homepage.
Once on this page you can obtain up-to-date copies of your 10-year and “all-year” loss history letters, as well as certificate of insurance.
