Buried in Credentialing Paperwork? Locate Your Loss History on ISMIE’s Website

Speedy credentialing usually requires a loss history report from your medical liability carrier – so ISMIE makes it easy!

After logging in, go to your dashboard by clicking “my policy” and then you can select “loss history” from the links menu on the left side of the screen.

On that page you will be able to obtain up-to-date copies of your 10-year and “all-year” loss history letters.
