ISMIE offers eligible policyholders of all practice sizes the opportunity to undergo a risk assessment, which includes personalized feedback and recommendations to help address any potential issues.
We’ve made some minor refinements this year to our assessment questionnaires that will help to streamline the experience. For example, documentation practices will now be assessed during the record review, rather than throughout the entirety of the interview. We are always looking for additional ways to help simplify the process for our policyholders.
Our Risk Management staff have begun contacting those who were assessed in 2022 to determine if they are once again interested in participating in our voluntary risk assessment program. Please also note that anyone new to clinics that successfully participated in our clinic risk assessment in 2023 will not need to be assessed in 2024.
Eligible policyholders who wish to participate in our risk assessment program in 2024 are encouraged to request an assessment by our priority deadline of July 1. Participating in the risk assessment program also allows eligible policyholders to earn premium discounts!
