Any Changes? Have You Moved? Changed Emails? Let ISMIE Know!

Be sure to advise ISMIE of any staff changes in your organization. Have you added new health professionals covered under your ISMIE plan? Do you have new leadership or a new practice manager? Alerting ISMIE to the changes in your group helps us know who has the authority to make any decisions on policy changes.

Please also inform us about any changes in contact information, such as email, work or home addresses, or phone or fax numbers. Send any updates or questions to the Underwriting Division by email.
