Free 18-Month Program Aims to Improve Cancer Diagnostics Via Telemedicine

To help improve the diagnostic process related to breast, colorectal and lung cancer for patients who receive some or all of their care via telemedicine, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Safety Program for Telemedicine is offering a free 18-month program for interested physicians!
The program starts in June 2023 and will offer physicians training and one-on-one expert coaching to implement sustainable improvements to effectively close the loop at critical points in the cancer diagnostic process, including diagnostic verification, timeliness and communication with patients.
To learn more, register for one of AHRQ’s informational webinars, available on numerous dates and times through May 2023. The webinar will provide an overview of the program, including the goals, program content and expectations of participants.
